Membership in 5 Star Jazz Band is audition based, open to students age 12-21, and tuition free. We encourage those who are interested in joining, to fill out the above "Student/Parent Sign In" and come sit in and play with the band at an upcoming rehearsal. There is a one-time uniform fee of $60.00.
